Job Summary As an Senior EPM Lead on this team, you will lead and participate in delivering various customer engagements, including assessments, requirement gathering, solution design, implementations, support and optimizations. You will work independently on enhancement, development and issue resolution and ensure the timely delivery of project artifacts. You will provide direction, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate closely with customer and internal teams to ensure a successful EPM solution. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver customer EPM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - Collaborate closely with business partners and technical teams to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable EPM solutions - Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex business rules, configurable rules, integrations, and automations - Provide ongoing mentorship and knowledge sharing to project teams, supporting their professional growth and capability development - Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful completion on schedule - Stay current with Oracle EPM cloud technology, industry standards, and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations as appropriate - Conduct periodic assessments and optimization engagements to help customers maximize the value of their EPM investments - Deliver project documentation and artifacts on time, in compliance with customer and Oracle standards Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or an MBA in Finance - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with the EPM Planning module (EPBCS) - Strong functional understanding of financial processes and EPM platform capabilities - Expertise in Groovy business rules and data maps - Solid knowledge of both BSO and ASO cube structures - Experience building EPM integrations using Data Integration, Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules, SQL, and EPM Automate - Hands-on scripting experience in at least one of the following: Batch, Python, or PowerShell - Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Ability to quickly learn and apply unfamiliar technical or business concepts with minimal supervision Self-Assessment Questions Reflect on the following to evaluate your fit for this role: - Have I worked on development or implementation projects in EPBCS - Am I proficient in writing, modifying, and troubleshooting advanced business rules, integrations, and automations using tools such as Pipeline, Groovy, SQL, or EPM Automate - Can I explain key financial processes and demonstrate how EPM solutions address those needs, particularly in areas such as financials, workforce planning, capex planning, and project planning - Can I troubleshoot and resolve data issues in EPBCS - Can I troubleshoot and resolve Data Integrationrelated issues - Can I assist customers with new metadata requirements in EPBCS - Can I troubleshoot and fix performance issues in both BSO and ASO cubes - Can I work on requirements related to ASO cubes - Can I develop automations using Pipeline - Do I have hands-on experience scripting solutions in Batch, Python, or PowerShell to automate EPM processes - Am I comfortable mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Career Level - IC4 About Us As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
