The Opportunity Join our specialist EPM practice as Principal Consultant - Solutions Architecture where you'll provide technical leadership for enterprise implementations. This principal-level role offers the opportunity to architect sophisticated multi-dimensional solutions for Asia-Pacific's leading enterprises while collaborating with international EPM experts. What You'll Do Technical Leadership - Lead technical architecture for enterprise EPM implementations involving complex OLAP cube design and optimization - Design and optimize multi-dimensional data models for financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting systems - Provide technical guidance in advanced scripting, SQL optimization, and platform-specific development - Architect integration solutions connecting EPM platforms with enterprise ERP and financial systems Practice Development - Mentor technical teams and establish delivery methodologies for complex implementations - Drive technical standards across our practice while collaborating with Sales Managers on solution positioning - Contribute to our growing reputation as Asia's premier EPM specialist firm The Ideal Candidate Essential Experience - 10+ years hands-on EPM architecture experience with deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Jedox, or Anaplan - Proven track record leading technical design for enterprise financial performance management systems (1,000+ user environments) - Advanced technical capabilities in scripting languages relevant to EPM platforms and cube optimization - Enterprise implementation experience in Principal/Lead Architect roles with Fortune 500 or equivalent organisations Professional Background - Finance domain expertise with deep understanding of financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and budgeting processes - Team leadership experience mentoring technical consultants and developing delivery standards - Big 4 EPM practice experience, specialist EPM firms, or enterprise EPM centres of excellence preferred Technical Focus Areas We're specifically seeking candidates with expertise in EPM platform architecture rather than general IT project management, ERP functional consulting, or business intelligence roles.
