Job Summary As an Senior EPM (EDMCS) Lead on this team, you will lead and participate in delivering various customer engagements, including assessments, requirement gathering, solution design, implementations, support and optimizations. You will work independently on enhancement, development and issue resolution and ensure the timely delivery of project artifacts. You will provide direction, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate closely with customer and internal teams to ensure a successful EPM solution. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop & maintain enterprise data objects (e.g., charts of accounts, business units, cost centers, legal entities,etc) in EDMCS - Ensure alignment and synchronization of hierarchies across ERP, EPM, and other downstream systems. - Support data migration, metadata transformation, and mapping activities. - Implement data governance and approval workflows in EDMCS. - Lead and deliver EDMCS projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - Collaborate closely with business partners and technical teams to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable EDMCS solutions - Stay current with Oracle EPM cloud technology, industry standards, and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations as appropriate - Conduct periodic assessments and optimization engagements to help customers maximize the value of their EPM investments - Deliver project documentation and artifacts on time, in compliance with customer and Oracle standards Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or MBA in Finance - At least 4 years of hands-on experience with EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service). - Strong knowledge of deimensions, hierarchies, parent-child relationship, metadata properties for EPM applications and ERP - Experience building integrations between EDM and other subscribing systems like PBCS, FCCS, ERP, etc - Hands-on scripting in at least one of Batch, Python, or PowerShell - Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to quickly master unfamiliar technical or business concepts with minimal supervision Good-to-Have - Working knowledge of any of these EPM cloud application - FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, EPCM - Outstanding communication, stakeholder, and project management skills - Familiarity with Service Requests (SRs), Request for Change (RFCs), and My Oracle Support - Working knowledge of Essbase Self-Assessment Questions 1. Have I worked on EDMCS 2. Am I proficient in mantaining master data in EDMCS for EPM, ERP and other downstream applications 3. Can I explain node, node types, hierachies, views, viewpoint, custom properties, node convertor 4. Can I troubleshoot and fix data issues in EDMCS 5. Can I troubleshoot and fix Integration related issues between EDMCS and downstream application 6. Can I assist cusotmer with their new metadata requirement in EDM 7. Can I troubleshoot and fix metadata realted issues in EDM 8. Can I work on request to bulk update metadata in EDM 9. Am I comfortable mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Career Level - IC4
