Responsibilities

- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other tools.
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound emails, cold calls, and online engagement.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for recruitment services.
- Qualify leads by understanding client hiring needs and requirements.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools.
- Monitor industry trends and hiring patterns to discover new lead opportunities.
- Assist in creating lead generation strategies and campaigns.
