Job Description Company Description RedSKY Hospitality, is a Revenue Management Support company, that supports over 100 hotels across India, Australia, New Zealand and Kenya. We focus on increasing room nights, ADR, and RevPAR for our clients, with a track record of contributing a healthy increase of business ranging from 35% to 50%. Our expertise also includes GDS platforms and OTAs. We pride ourselves on conducting operations with simplicity and transparency to deliver value in financial implications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Revenue Manager for the hospitality industry. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for utilizing revenue management and analytical tools to optimize room availability and utilization. This includes making decisions based on market insights and real-time data, implementing pricing analysis algorithms, forecasting, and distribution improvements. The Revenue Manager will also work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance online representation and engage potential customers and guests. Skill Sets Required: - At least 2 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management - Analytical Skills, Revenue Recognition, Revenue Management, and Finance skills - Experience with revenue management software and tools like OTA Extranets and Channel Managers. Preferably, ResAvenue Channel Manager. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in data analysis and reporting - Team Management Skill - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Perks & Benefits Competitive Salary Learning Opportunity with an experienced team This is not a finance role.
