Job Title Sales Executive Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling domestic travel leads understanding customer requirements designing customized tour packages and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings The role requires strong communication skills destination knowledge and the ability to provide excellent customer service Key Responsibilities 1 Lead Handling Conversion Handle incoming leads from calls WhatsApp email and portals Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable domestic tour packages Convert leads into bookings by providing competitive quotations convincing communication 2 Package Designing Prepare customized itineraries quotes and hotel transport options as per client budget Share package details inclusions exclusions and T Cs with clients Maintain updated knowledge of domestic destinations hotels sightseeing points and activities 3 Client Coordination Coordinate with clients for updates special requests and confirmation Assist clients during their journey in case of any issues and ensure a smooth experience Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients 4 CRM Reporting Update lead status and booking details regularly in CRM Maintain daily sales reports and target achievements Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection Skills Required Excellent communication convincing skills Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations Himachal Uttarakhand Rajasthan Goa Kerala Kashmir etc Ability to design holiday packages Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Customer handling problem-solving ability MS Word MS Excel WhatsApp Email proficiency Qualifications Minimum 12th Graduate Any stream Experience in travel sales preferred 0 6-3 years Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Job Type Full-time Salary As per industry standards Incentives Location On-site Training Free training will be provided by the company before starting the job Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
