Job Title Sales and Marketing Executive Field Job Location Shimla Job Type Full-time Field-based Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team This role involves extensive fieldwork meeting clients building relationships and promoting our products services to drive business growth The ideal candidate should be self-motivated energetic and capable of meeting sales targets in a competitive environment Key Responsibilities Visit prospective clients and existing customers in assigned territory Promote and sell products services to meet or exceed sales targets Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Deliver product presentations and demonstrations Generate leads through cold calling referrals networking and market visits Negotiate contracts and close deals Collect feedback and market intelligence for continuous improvement Participate in promotional activities campaigns and trade shows Maintain and submit daily reports on sales activities visits and client feedback Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field Proven experience in sales or field marketing minimum 1-2 years preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients Must be willing to travel extensively within the region Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools Two-wheeler or vehicle preferred depending on region Salary Competitive Incentives Travel AllowanceBenefits Performance-based incentives Travel reimbursements Career growth opportunities Training and skill development programs Job Type Full-time Pay 15 620 57 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
