Job Role Overview:

The Premium Account Executive will focus on merchant acquisition, relationship management, account management, and competition tracking to expand PhonePe's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchant Acquisition:

Identify and onboard merchants based on transaction patterns and volume in the given area.

2. Relationship Management:

- Maintain and grow merchant relationships.

- Promote additional value-added services.

3. Account Management:

- Deepen account understanding to retain merchants.

- Cross-sell/upsell smart speakers, EDC machines, etc.

4. Competition Mapping:

- Track and report competitors' activities.

- Share insights for better strategy execution.

Requirements:

- Proven B2C Sales experience (1+ years).

- Strong communication and influencing skills.

- Experience in selling credit cards, POS machines, or insurance is a plus.
