Responsibilities & Skills required

Roles and Responsibilities:
.ServiceNow Development: Strong development skills for ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations.
.Service Portal: Hands-on experience on ServiceNow portal development and customisations along with Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive portal, ensuring full coverage of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
.Integrations: Hands-on experience on complex third party integrations (both web services and plugin based) with ServiceNow platform
.CMDB and Asset Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset concepts
.Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance and optimize ServiceNow platform with best practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness of processes.
.Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation related to development results for future reference and compliance.
.Collaboration: Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure a seamless testing process and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
.Quality Assurance: Ensure that ServiceNow configurations and customizations adhere to best practices, standards, and security protocols.
.Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members on ATF scripting and testing best practices.
.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in ServiceNow, integrations, and automation technologies to recommend and implement improvements in testing methodologies.

Skills (Must):
.Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
.Advanced Knowledge of ServiceNow complex Integrations
.Advanced Knowledge of ServicePortal
.Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
.Good knowledge about different SCDL
.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
.Experience of leading a team will be an advantage
.Good time-management skills
.Great interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications (Preferred):
.ServiceNow CSA certified
.Micro certification - Service Portal
