Job Description Job Description: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (6+ Years Experience) We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 6+ years of professional experience in requirements gathering, process optimization, and delivering Salesforce-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and workflows. - Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions. - Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria for development teams. - Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce features. - Oversee and support UAT activities, validate solutions, and ensure they meet business expectations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending Salesforce enhancements. - Provide training, documentation, and support for newly implemented features or processes. - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce functionalities and best practices. - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to establishing BA standards and frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years working specifically in Salesforce environments. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules, data model, automation tools, and platform capabilities. - Proven expertise in writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. - Experience supporting Salesforce implementation, migration, or large enhancement projects. - Background in functional consulting or CRM transformation initiatives.
