We are a small but ambitious startup on a mission to solve real-world CRM problems for businesses of all sizes. Working closely with clients across different industries, we implement, optimize, and scale Salesforce and HubSpot solutions that truly support growth.We’re now looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can help us shape solutions, define requirements, and work closely with our clients and developers. This role is ideal for someone who already has Salesforce experience and is eager to advance to the next level.Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and developers to translate business needs into Salesforce solutionsDefine and document tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteriaSupport the testing, rollout, and optimization of new Salesforce featuresEnsure smooth delivery of solutions through close coordination with developersContinuously improve Salesforce processes and system designWho We’re Looking ForAt least 2 years of Salesforce experience (admin, analyst, or similar role)Strong interest in developing and advancing Salesforce expertiseSolid experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack, Excel)Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, analysis, and reportingAbility to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirementsDetail-oriented, structured, and proactive communicatorImmediate joiner preferred (but flexible for the right candidate)What We OfferA clear path to excel in your role and grow with usCompany-sponsored Salesforce certifications to boost your skills and careerHands-on experience in challenging, real-world Salesforce projectsRemote working setupExposure to both Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems🚀 If you’re looking for a role where you can grow fast, sharpen your Salesforce skills, and contribute meaningfully to impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you
