Ob Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our apparel retail team. The role involves providing personalized styling advice, driving sales, and delivering a superior shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with styling, size, and product selections.
- Understand client preferences and suggest outfits/accessories to enhance their look.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, brand collections, and seasonal offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle exchanges, returns, and billing as per store policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred.
- 03 years of experience in fashion retail or styling.
- Strong passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and trend-savvy personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends/holidays.
