Duration & Type of Employment : Six months Internship Program (Paid) , Opportunity to transition to Full Time employment.

Experience Required : 0 to 1 year

Work Style : Hybrid

In Office days : 3 to 4 days a week (Hybrid)

Office Location : Office No: 403-405, Time Square, CG Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380006.

Relocation : Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad GJ, with reasonable notice.

We are seeking someone with a good command over their English language, highly motivated, open to learning and people friendly.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Someone who is confident, and has a good command over their English language skills.

- Showcases the ability to learn, adapt and build interpersonal professional relationships.

- Tech savvy and has a curious mindset to explore, learn and master new software tools.

- Preferred educational background will be of Business/Commerce.

- Freshers with a good communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Candidate must be willing to work from Ahmedabad on UK shifts, 11 AM IST to 8 PM IST, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional working Saturdays.

Internship Learning & Development Plan

Distinction Dev's operations internship program aims to train and up skill the intern in 3 key business functions, i.e. Accounting, HR & Facilities Management with a structured learning and development plan. You will be paired with a mentor for the complete duration of your internship to help you succeed. You will also gain exposure to different software platforms such as Zoho, Notion, Outline, Google Workspace and other applicable software systems.

Accounting

- Understand the accounting system of the company and assist in the bookkeeping job tasks on a daily basis. Learn to categorize different types of accounts and its associated transactions, in doing so, you will also gain experience in proper upkeep of accounting documentation.

HR

- Get an inside look at Distinction Dev's recruitment process, by participating in recruitment projects and learning to post jobs, screen candidate profiles and update the recruitment dashboards. You will also gain exposure to working and collaborating with different teams within the company.

Facilities Management

- Exposure to day-to-day facilities management tickets, you will learn how to manage these tickets and collaborate with different points of contacts to resolve these tickets in a timely manner.

Outcome

At the end of your 6 months of internship, depending upon your performance progress and the business needs, there may be an opportunity for a full time job. You will be given an internship completion letter outlining your internship learning & development plan and a professional reference (if applicable).
