Job Description Job Title: Operations Intern Location: Remote Duration: 3 Months Stipend: 10,000 per month Role Overview We are seeking a meticulous and process-driven Operations Intern to support doctor consultation bookings and diagnostic coordination. In this role, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient user journeyfrom test scheduling to follow-upsby collaborating with diagnostic partners and internal teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, stakeholder management, and process optimization within a rapidly growing health-tech company. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end doctor consultation bookings through third-party lab portals. - Coordinate and follow up with users for test scheduling and updates. - Liaise with diagnostic partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. - Communicate with users for confirmations, rescheduling, or missing details. - Track test completion timelines and flag delays or discrepancies proactively. - Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets. What We're Looking For - 01 year of experience in operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced remote environment. - Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection. - A learning-first mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
