Our flagship properties India Blockchain Tour (IBT) and Metamorphosis bring together developers, investors, policymakers, and global leaders from across the crypto ecosystem. About the Role We're looking for a powerhouse Event Manger to lead the charge on IBT and Metamorphosis. You'll be responsible for driving the production and execution of multi-city events across India - from planning logistics and curating speaker lineups to managing production partners and on-ground operations. You must have experience organizing events, and a proven track record of bringing in top-tier speakers - from government, Web2 giants, and leading Web3 protocols. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end planning and execution of IBT and Metamorphosis Lead speaker outreach and close top CXOs, regulators, founders, and influencers Coordinate with city teams, vendors, venues, and production partners Collaborate with marketing, BD, and design teams to maintain a cohesive event identity Oversee budgets, timelines, and team deliverables for each city Ensure every city event delivers a world-class experience Requirements 2+ years experience in event management (at least 2 years events) Strong network across Web2 (tech + Fintech) and Founders, policy makers, and ecosystem players Demonstrated ability to close top speakers and manage large-scale productions Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Comfortable with fast-paced, startup environments and tight deadlines Willingness to travel across cities during the tour months Why Join Us Lead India's largest multi-city Web3 tour Work with top Web3 and crypto brands and emerging tech leaders Be part of a driven, passionate team building the future of blockchain adoption in India Skip the Linkedin queue and email me directly with subject line I'm the kickass Event Manager you're looking for to anupam (at) octaloop (dot) com
