This role is designed for someone who thrives in complex, collaborative environments, and is passionate about driving technology service delivery to success across a global and multifaceted organisation. - The SRO acts as an empowered partner and proxy for the Head of Core Technology, ensuring strong oversight, effective communication, and seamless review/reporting of technology services, with deficiencies escalated. Your skills and experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage, but not essential. - Professional Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in technology project management, stakeholder engagement, or service delivery oversight, preferably within large or complex organisations. - Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying complex information simply and persuasively to diverse audiences. - Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary technology projects, with an ability to coordinate disparate teams and resources towards common goals. This should include the ability to design, review - Organisation & Discipline: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined in approach adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. - Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and manage expectations with internal and external partners. - Service Delivery Understanding: Solid understanding of technology services, vendor management, and operational excellence. - SRO Training (Optional): Previous completion of SRO training and demonstrated understanding of the SRO role is useful but not essential.
