Job Description - Review Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders (WOs) and Supplements. - Ensure deliverables and obligations are met. - Create a framework and conduct regular oversight and enforcement of contractual obligations. - Conduct comprehensive supplier performance reviews. - Mitigate risk and unnecessary costs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop contract requirements. Performance MetricsManagement - 1. AnalyzeAnalyse vendor performance using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - 2. Provide monthly performance reports for service towers (PTP, OM, ITC, etc.). - 3. Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans. - 4. Conduct Coordinate quarterly business reviews with vendors. - 5. Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory requirements. Relationship Management and Risk Monitoring 1. Chair supplier reviews and serve as company point of contact. - 2. Coordinate internal audits and compliance requests. - 3. Manage risk mitigation plans . 1. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers. - 5. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans(including business continuity plans). Leadership Responsibilities 1. Establish relationships with business, quality and legal leadership. 2. Lead negotiation activities for select deals. 3. Ensure global compliance with legal, commercial and corporate requirements. 4. Champion client-centric negotiation processes. 5. Coach executives on global negotiation strategies. 6. Develop and manage vendor management team. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Additional Responsibilities - 1. Develop and maintain vendor management policies and procedures. - 2. Conduct market research to identify best practices. - 3. Participate in industry conferences and forums. 1. Ensure vendor diversity and inclusion. - 5. Manage vendor disputes and resolutions. - Establish relationship with business including GBS leadership, operations and legal - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
