Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving process improvements. The role will also involve recruitment of vendors and ensuring that all vendors are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirement. - Duties and responsibilities - Vendor Recruitment: - Identify and recruit new vendors to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain a database of approved vendors. - Ensure vendors meet company standards and requirements. - Vendor Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. - Ensure vendors understand company requirements and expectations. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors. - Compliance: - Ensure vendors comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure vendor compliance. - Develop and implement compliance programs for vendors. - Contract Management: - Manage vendor contracts and agreements. - Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations. - Negotiate contract renewals and terminations. - Performance Management: - Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback. - Develop and implement performance metrics and benchmarks. - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships. - Develop and implement risk management strategies- Ensure vendors have adequate insurance coverage. - Qualifications Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Degree holders will be preferred. - Skill and Knowledge Required - Should be able to read and write in English. Knowledge of local/vernacular language is necessary. - Knowledge of local area of the Site assigned. - Operational Knowledge of Blue-Collar Industry is Preferred. - Should know computing skills, especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Outlook mail.
