Job Description Job Description: Process Trainer Healthcare / Medical Process (BPO) Position: Process Trainer Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Process Trainer in Healthcare/Medical BPO Location: Bhopal About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Process Trainer with experience in healthcare and medical BPO processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions, improving team performance, and ensuring process compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct new hire training for healthcare/medical processes, including U.S. or global healthcare systems. Deliver process-specific training modules, product training, and refresher sessions. Create, update, and maintain training documents, SOPs, and knowledge materials. Assess trainee performance through tests, role-plays, and practical evaluations. Provide floor support and coaching to agents post-training to ensure process adherence. Identify training gaps and recommend improvement plans. Collaborate with operations, quality, and management teams to improve performance metrics. Track and report training effectiveness and trainee progress. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in a Healthcare/Medical BPO. Strong knowledge of healthcare processes such as claims, insurance verification, RCM, prior authorization, billing, or medical coding (as applicable). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage training batches and deliver sessions with clarity and confidence. Strong analytical, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible to work in shifts if required. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Certification in training methodologies or healthcare (e.g., CPC, HCPCS) is a plus.
