About FergusonFerguson is the largest value-added distributor serving the specialized professional in the residential and non-residential North American construction market We help make our customers complex projects simple successful and sustainable by providing expertise and a wide range of products and services from plumbing HVAC appliances and lighting solutions to pipe valves and fittings water and wastewater solutions and more Headquartered in Newport News Virginia Ferguson has sales of 29 6 billion fiscal year 24 and approximately 35 000 associates in nearly 1 800 locations ANSR is the market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs ANSRs full-stack GCC platform comprising end-to-end Al- enabled products and services is trusted by the worlds best companies to help them set up manage and run their high-impact technology centers Since its inception ANSR has established over 125 GCCs aggregating to over 125k enterprise talent with over 2B in investment and using over 12M sq ft of workspace Visit ansr com for more information Duties and Responsibilities Actively contribute to technical planning and requirements gathering ensuring smooth project execution through designing coding testing troubleshooting and documenting software applications Uphold and implement industry best practices throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables Build and maintain robust applications leveraging programmatic components such as Apex Lightning Web Components LWC and Web Services Collaborate effectively with team members of varying skill levels demonstrating adaptability and mentorship where needed Qualifications and Requirements A passionate Salesforce developer with 4 years of hands-on application development experience Proven ability to excel in a multi-team Salesforce environment collaborating across functions Strong understanding of core Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows Data Model Security Model and SSO Single Sign-On Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development with expertise in LWC Apex JavaScript HTML CSS and related technologies Experience designing and delivering external-facing applications using Experience Cloud Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce SDLC processes including experience with Git-based source control and deployment tools like Copado or Git Actions Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze disparate data e g log files error messages to identify root causes Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies ensuring a flexible and collaborative development approach A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and driving results Bachelors degree in MIS Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience Salesforce certifications are highly preferred such as Sales Service Cloud Consultant Platform Developer I II or Architect-level certifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams to solve complex problems
