Job Description Description: We are looking for a Lead Analyst with experience in web and mobile analytics to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analytics audits, developing measurement strategies, implementing tracking, and creating performance dashboards with multiple data sources. Responsibilities: - Responsible for requirement analysis, consultation, analytics implementation (web and mobile), reporting, and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics implementation and reporting aligns with business objectives - Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward those objectives - Develop analytics dashboards by merging data from different sources - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to enhance business performance - Ensure high-quality delivery within agreed-upon timelines - Implement and evaluate A/B tests for Conversion Rate Optimization - Evaluate new requirements and provide accurate estimates Requirements: - Google Analytics Certified professional with at least six years of experience in analytics and reporting - Proven expertise in web and mobile analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase and marketing data integrations - Experience intools like Heap and Mixpanel are a plus - Experience in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) for creating client-ready dashboards - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets - Experience in implementing tracking through Google Tag Manager SDKs, MMPs, or CDPs - Proven experience with user journey mapping, conversion tracking, and trend analysis - Hands-on experience with Super metrics, Google Ads, Google Optimize, or Hotjar is preferred - Ability to operate as a self-starter, thought leader, and trusted advisor to both clients and team members - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
