The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing paid ad campaigns, driving organic growth, and enhancing online visibility across multiple digital platformsespecially in B2B environments. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns onMeta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus onB2B lead generation. - Develop and implementSEO strategiesto improve search rankings and driveorganic traffic from business audiences. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improveconversion rates and ROI. - Conductcompetitor analysis and market researchto identify B2B trends and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure messaging aligns withbusiness buyer personasand brand objectives. - Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus onB2B lead generation. - Hands-on experience withMeta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Solid understanding ofSEO(on-page, off-page, and technical). - Proficiency in tools likeGoogle Analytics, Search Console, and ad reporting dashboards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience inB2B funnel optimizationandCRM integration. - Familiarity withmarketing automation tools(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp). - Basic understanding ofE-Commerce platforms(e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
