About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven SMT Line Inventory Executive to take charge of material flow and inventory accuracy in our high-speed SMT production line. You’ll be the link between planning, production, and procurement—ensuring that every component lands at the right place, at the right time, in perfect order. Key Responsibilities · Monitor and maintain real-time inventory for SMT line components and consumables. · Coordinate with purchase and planning teams for material availability and shortages. · Prepare and update Material In/Out reports, FIFO tracking, and stock reconciliation. · Support SMT operators and line leaders by issuing components per production schedule. · Manage MSL (Moisture Sensitive Level) component handling and storage. · Ensure 5S compliance and traceability standards at stores and line-side racks. · Handle return material, non-conformance tagging, and scrap segregation. · Assist during monthly audits and cycle counts to maintain zero variance. Desired Skills & Qualifications · Diploma / B.E in Electronics, Electrical, or related field. · 1–3 years of experience in SMT / EMS / Electronics production. · Familiar with SAP / ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word). · Good understanding of SMT component packaging, reel identification, and MSD control. · Strong coordination skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
