Dear Applicants,We are seeking an Inventory Manager for our GIVA -Warehouse , Bangalore( Banerghatta) Location. Interested candidates can go through the below job description and apply.Job Description: Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all stock transactions are updated in the system. - Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits (cycle counts and physical inventory). - Monitor inbound and outbound stock movement and ensure proper documentation. - Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock variances, and shortages. - Implement and improve inventory control procedures and SOPs for efficient warehouse operations. - Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock replenishment and forecasting. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials. - Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow. - Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management. - Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and expired stock and take necessary actions. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. - Train and supervise inventory staff in stock management processes.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - 4–7 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations. - Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS). - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
