Job Description Internal Job Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (GET) - 12 month Fixed Term Contract Business: Lucy Electric India Location: Nashik Job Reference No: 4155 Job Purpose DETs will be working in respective departments as receipt inspection & Module inspection to support on day to day activity in function as incoming inspection, inprocess inspection. Job Context DETs will be working with respective section in charge & required to work in shift. He need to co-ordinate with QA, operations team to meet department KPIs. Job Dimensions This role is based in LEI Nashik. Key Accountabilities These will include: - Perform in incoming/inprocess/final tests on ring main unit in line with EPTS or test procedures. - Prepare/update inspection records on checklist/birth certificate/Computer. - Communicate non-conformance to shift supervisor. - Identify rejected material with details in Birth certificate or Tags & keep rejected material with the red tag area. - Maintaining 100% safety and appropriate compliance in Testing/Inspection activity. - Maintain QA equipment's neat & clean & 5S in working area. - Supporting quality audits. - Assisting in the development of quality documentation. Qualifications, Experience & Skills - Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering. - Good communication skills. - Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Proficient in core subjects in qualification. Behavioral Competencies - Able to work within a team. - Well organized and high integrity. - Proactive - Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
