You will be working as Executive Diploma Trainee and will be part of Electrification business Area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Operations Manager and will be responsible for operating process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Executing the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reporting any non-compliance
- Operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule and production order instructions
- Performing routine machinery set-up, adjustments, repairs and fits simple replacement parts
- Ensuring regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities and troubleshooting and reporting issues if any
- Ensuring the availability of required materials to execute the assigned work according to the defined workflow
- Maintaining a safe working attitude and environment while performing daily activities

**Your background**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Working in high pressure environments with strict deadlines
- Quick learner with interest in and ability to master new technologies
- Excellent communication skills
