You will be working as Executive Diploma Trainee and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Operations Manager and will be responsible for creating a deep knowledge of the company and the team, to allow a successful career as a specialist and expert within our technology company.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing annual production budget, oversees progress and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources
- Developing programs, projects, goals and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout operations
- Developing and executing plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates
- Providing support to the sales team, as required, during customer visits to explain the capabilities of the manufacturing facilities
- Collaborating with operational excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes

**Your background**:

- Diploma in electrical, electronics, electronics and communication engineering, instrumentation
- Attitude and ability to learn and execute quickly
- Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, scope and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex problems
- Demonstrating a high level of self-belief and motivation. Showing drive and ambition for broader responsibility
