Job Summary: We are hiring Marketing Executive for promoting and selling financial products such as Gold Loans, Business Loans, SME Loans, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards. This is a field-based marketing and sales role, involving regular client visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on the ground. Freshers with a passion for sales and fieldwork are welcome to apply. Good communication skills and local language fluency (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu) are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Marketing Activities: Promote and sell financial products including: Gold Loans Business Loans SME Loans Personal Loans Credit Cards Conduct marketing and customer outreach activities in assigned areas. Visit prospective clients (individuals, small businesses, traders, shop owners) to understand their loan needs. Explain product features, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements. 2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and local marketing activities. Participate in on-ground campaigns, kiosk activities, and loan melas in market areas. Maintain a list of active prospects and regularly follow up for conversions. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Provide excellent service and guidance throughout the loan process. Collect required documents and assist customers with application procedures. 4. Coordination & Documentation: Submit complete applications to the credit or processing team for evaluation. Coordinate with back-office teams for loan processing and disbursement. Track status of applications and update customers on progress. 5. Target Achievement: Meet assigned monthly sales targets across product categories. Report daily activity and progress to the area sales manager.
