Job Title Marketing Executive - Digital Advertising Facebook Google Ads Department Marketing Location Katrap Badlapur Reports To Head Of Sales Marketing Employment Type Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Facebook Instagram Ads and Google Ads The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads boost brand visibility and enhance ROI across digital platforms Key Responsibilities Plan create and manage Facebook Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Search Display YouTube and Performance Max Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and Tag Manager Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI CTR and conversion rates Research target audiences keywords and market trends to create effective ad strategies Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies creatives and landing pages Prepare and present performance reports to management highlighting key insights and recommendations Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends algorithms and best practices Support the marketing team in overall brand and lead generation strategies Key Skills Competencies Proven experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Search Display YouTube Performance Max Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels audience targeting and conversion tracking Knowledge of SEO Google Analytics and remarketing campaigns is a plus Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills Creative thinking with attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in paid media campaign management Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an added advantage Compensation As per industry standards and candidate s experience Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
