Job Description About Autosys Sunergy: Autosys Sunergy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading solar solutions company and the authorized distributor of Novasys Greenrgy solar modules and Mikrotek solar inverters. We deliver end-to-end solar installation and after-sales services, with a focus on premium quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainability. We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our sales team as Inside Sales Strategist Interns. This role primarily focuses on calling, lead generation, and customer engagement while building a strong foundation in inside sales and business development within the solar energy sector. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and business partners. - Qualify leads and create a structured sales funnel. - Build and maintain an updated prospect database. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. - Support the business development team in achieving sales targets. - Prepare reports and share insights to improve lead conversion. Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Interest in sales, customer engagement, and renewable energy solutions. - Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking leads. - Prior experience in telesales/customer service will be an advantage.
