Job Description

Job Title: Procurement Executive

Location: Malleswaram, Bangalore

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Role Overview

We are hiring a Procurement Executive to handle end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of

solar materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, material

coordination, and documentation, preferably within the solar or electrical domain.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage purchase orders for solar materials

Identify vendors, negotiate rates, and perform cost comparisons

Track delivery timelines and coordinate with logistics for timely movement

Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory status

Coordinate with project and accounts teams for smooth material flow

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain Management

2-4 years of procurement experience in solar or electrical industry

Strong skills in negotiation, Excel, and documentation

Working knowledge of BOMs and solar component specifications is preferred
