Job Description Responsibilities Assist the Management in the following areas: - Formulate & execute short term and long-term strategies for growth. Periodically monitor progress of these targets. - Preparation of strategy decks for Management review and board presentations - Develop detailed financial models for i) feasibility studies and ii) to determine rentals, sale value and compute return on investment - Monitor and keep abreast of market trends to target relevant sectors and tenants for commercial and retail segment - Preparation of Terms Sheets and Definitive Documents for equity transactions - MIS management - Competitor analysis to benchmark performance - Performance analysis of existing projects - Financial analysis of transactions for full exit or strata sale - Assist business heads in the day-to-day operations for faster resolution of bottlenecks Skills Required: - Well versed in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and analytical tools like Power BI - Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Understanding of P&L/MIS, cash flow analysis, capital allocation, IRR, NPV, Payback period - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Basic understanding of the business model of the 3 verticals - Collaborative nature - Eye for detail - More than 2 years of experience in corporate - Prior experience in real estate sector would be preferred - Basic understanding of key clauses in transaction documents would be preferred
