Role Overview: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing activities, managing dealer relationships, conducting regular dealer meetings, and supporting sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to drive brand visibility and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Management & Meetings - Plan, schedule, and conduct regular dealer meetings to discuss sales performance, targets, and marketing activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure smooth operations and brand alignment. - Address dealer queries, concerns, and provide necessary support to improve performance. - Collect and analyze dealer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. - Ensure dealers follow brand guidelines, pricing policies, and promotional standards. Sales Generation - Actively support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Identify potential customers and dealers to expand market reach. - Assist in creating sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decisions. - Track, analyze, and report sales data to guide marketing and sales efforts. Marketing & Promotional - Activities Coordinate branding initiatives, product displays, and promotional events with dealers. - Support execution of marketing campaigns (digital, on-ground, and dealer-driven). - Ensure adequate availability of promotional materials and brand communication assets. - Assist in launching new products and coordinating related marketing activities. Coordination & Reporting - Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. - Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on dealer visits, sales performance, and market insights. - Support the marketing manager in strategic planning and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience (Fresher with strong communication skills may be considered). - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
