We are looking for a Pharma Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in US staffing and a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for pharma-related roles in the US market
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and upcoming roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in US staffing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Understanding of US labor laws and regulations
