We are seeking a Pharma Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and must have knowledge and experience in US staffing. The Pharma Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our clients in the pharma industry.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen potential candidates for open positions in the pharma industry
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications
- Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India
- Knowledge and experience in US staffing
