We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – US Staffing # ;#Location: Bhopal (100% Onsite – Night Shift Preferred)

#V Group Inc. is a CMMI Level 3 and ISO-certified IT services, solutions, and staffing company with over 25 years of experience. We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in US Staffing to join our team in Bhopal. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to management and employees, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives while driving talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with US staffing business goals.
Guide workforce planning, employee relations, performance management & compliance.
Support recruitment teams with talent acquisition, onboarding & retention (W2, C2C, 1099, FTE).
Drive employee engagement, reduce turnover & foster positive work culture.
Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and employee relations.

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (master’s preferred).
7+ years HR experience (with 3+ years in US Staffing).
Knowledge of US labor laws, compliance requirements, and staffing models (W2, 1099, C2C, FTE).
Experience with ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal)
