Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities - Identify and target potential clients in assigned territories - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations - Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management - Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services Skills and Qualifications - 1-5 years of experience in field sales or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently - Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
