Heavy Duty Mechanical
1. Bachelor's degree on Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college + 5 years of experience.
2. Min. 5+ years experience in Site Installation and Commissioning or Engineering/Technology activities focused on specification, design and/or testing of Aero/HD Gas Turbines and Centrifugal Compressors andrelevant Systems. Customer experience handling is value added
3. Have a solid technical background with Engineering or Technical Service experience in flange-to-flange and related systems/equipment.
4. Strong technical background on Turbomachinery (Aero /Heavy Duty Gas Turbines & Centrifugal Compressors) and its auxiliaries
5. Understanding the Technical terms related to Troubleshooting (like Symptoms, Failure mode, Cause, Effect, etc.,)
6. Able to read and understand Engineering documents (like P&ID, Data sheets, Cause & Effect chart, Field instrument list, O&M manuals, etc.,)
7. Hands-on experience in Legacy GE Oil & Gas / NP Turbomachinery products in Installation / Commissioning / Operation & Maintenance
8. Able to read various Service Requests (issue reporting platform), understand the technical issue and summarize the issue in concise manner
9. Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
10. Collaborate with other Engineering team members, Field service engineers, Digital team members for on-time delivery of the given task
11. All should have proficient in English to write & communicate in concise way.
