Job Description Job Summary: Sliceinn is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our cluster of properties in Bangalore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the property, delivering a great guest experience, and managing on-ground teams and vendors. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, facility and housekeeping management, operational discipline, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of assigned cluster of properties, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, safety, functionality, and guest readiness. - Coordinate with housekeeping, security, in-house/outsource maintenance, and the central team for smooth functioning. - Ensure guest check-in/check-out processes are seamless and support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. - Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a prompt and professional manner. - Monitor property inventory, amenities, upkeep, and raise service/repair requests when needed. - Ensure adherence to brand standards, hygiene protocols, and maintenance schedules. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support staff for property services. - Keep accurate records of bookings, expenses, maintenance logs, and property-related data. - Support central operations and community teams during audits, events, or promotions. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in property management, hospitality operations, or facility supervision. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and local language. - Experience in handling guest relations, housekeeping, and vendor coordination. - Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or facility systems is a must. - Proficient in using Excel, digital tools, or property management software. - Highly organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities on-site. - Flexible to work in shifts and during weekends/holidays if required.
