Role Overview The role requires a proven media ad sales specialist who can build and grow client relationships, pitch digital-first media solutions, and close high-value deals ranging from ₹10 lakhs to ₹1 crore . Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across industries for digital media campaigns. Client Acquisition & Sales: Develop strong pitches for media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and close impactful deals. Revenue Generation: Own and deliver on monthly/quarterly media sales targets. Relationship Management: Build and nurture CXO-level and decision-maker relationships to drive repeat business. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving media platforms. Collaboration: Work with internal media planning and buying teams to ensure effective campaign execution. Qualifications & Skills 2–4 years of proven experience in Media Ad Sales (Digital-first agency or digital media background). Strong network of clients and decision-makers in the media/advertising ecosystem. Prior experience working with platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, Flipkart (media buying/selling).
