At Ecolab you can help take on some of the worlds most meaningful challenges delivering critical insights and innovative solutions to help our customers achieve clean water safe food abundant energy and healthy environments With our worldwide reach and ambitious growth plans you will have the opportunity to own your future and impact what matters Are you ready to make an impactEcolab is searching for a driven Vendor Help Desk Analyst for future opportunities within our Finance division in Pune India The Vendor Helpdesk Analyst role is responsible for receiving and resolving daily inquire is from vendors and internal employees regarding a variety of topics including status of payment statement inquiries and corrections This role requires attention to detail but also an ability to problem-solve and investigate while working across the Procurement and payables teams to find a resolution This role reports to the Vendor Helpdesk supervisor for their respective region What You Will Do Researching and resolving cases inquiries related to invoices payments processing of PO and Non-PO and all vendor support activities Maintaining a Service Level Agreement of investigating all new cases within 2 business days or less Manage a list of critical vendors ensuring invoices are processed timely Answering vendor emails and or retrieving daily voicemails and creating cases within Service Now Collaborating with Processing Team and Supervisors on inquiries to ensure accurate and timely resolution and communication This role will act as the first level case responder in Accounts Payable for all Ecolab inquiries and will require strong communication skills Attention to detail an understanding of company policies and procedures as well as compliance of SOX and other legal requirements are keys to this role Minimum Qualifications Degree or a degree-seeking candidate in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field Four years previous experience in credit finance accounting or related field may be substituted in part Service now tool SAP experience mandatory English Fluency other languages a plus with local language ability General office experience or equivalent education business training and experience in dispute resolutions is ideal Familiarity with fundamental business principles processes and terminology Works well with data accurately and exhibits attention to details Good verbal and written communication abilities with internal and external parties Ability to development and grow into other roles Champion knowledge management efforts within the team by overseeing the identification and updating of knowledge ensuring quality and relevance Facilitate continuous improvement by fostering a culture of innovation and supporting team members in implementing improvement idea Customer Focused Stakeholder Alignment Detailed orientated Problem Solving Data Management Analytics Reconciliations Automation ERP Enabling Enterprise Technologies Process Understanding Change Management Communication Relationship Management Continuous Improvement Technology Awareness A trusted partner for millions of customers Ecolab is a global sustainability leader offering water hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life Building on a century of innovation Ecolab has annual sales of 14billion employs more than 47 000 associates and operates in more than 170 countries around the world The company delivers comprehensive science-based solutions data-driven insights and world-class service to advance food safety maintain clean and safe environments and optimize water and energy use Ecolabs innovative solutions improve operational efficiencies and sustainability for customers in the food healthcare life sciences hospitality and industrial markets Follow us on LinkedIn Ecolab Twitter Ecolab Instagram Ecolab Inc and Facebook Ecolab
