JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Good Communication Skills
- Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA, Confluence Server, and Cloud
- Use built-in customisation's as well as third-party add-ons for extending the functionality of Atlassian Tools
- Experience in writing scripts (like Groovy, JavaScript, &c.)
- Experience in Jira and Confluence data migration from server to cloud
- Experience in writing SQL statements to usefully query application databases
- Work on linux/unix server, execute basic commands
- Provide technical support during P1 incidents by troubleshooting logs or project-specific blocker issues
- Independently evaluate Atlassian Marketplace third-party plugins
- Create/modify JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, issues indexes, &c.
- Analyse, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
- Demonstrates solutions-oriented thinking and independent problem solving
- Effectively communicate and share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders
