**Qualification**

Degree in Computer Science or IT background

**Experience**:
8 — 10 Years domain experience (Design, Development and Admin)

**Roles & Responsibilitis**:

- Atlassian tools administration, JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket
- Experience on Building complex workflows based on business requirements
- Good understanding on ITSM, Agile Project Management concepts
- Well versed with Jira Service Management and JIRA Software configurations.
- Managing Permissions and user roles.
- Familiarity with high Availability and DR applied on Atlassian tools.
- Manage various development tools, testing tools, and monitoring tools as applied to Atlassian.
- Adequate knowledge and process-oriented approach to estimate business needs, researching, testing, and recommending the right solution.
- Troubleshooting and fixing errors common to Applications and Application servers.
- Deliver new features to the tool as defined by users and leadership
- Build Groovy scripts on Server and as per requirements.
- Having knowledge of popular add-ons on the Atlassian

**Salary**: ₹288,878.66 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
