Job Description We Are Hiring Business Development Manager (MICE) Culture Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced MICE sales professionals to join our Corporate Travel & Events division. About Culture Holidays With over 25 years of experience, Culture Holidays is a global travel and tourism company specializing in international holidays, corporate group travel, and MICE operations. We deliver innovative, tailored travel solutions through expertise, technology, and customer-centric service. Key Responsibilities - Acquire, manage, and grow corporate accounts for MICE business. - Design and execute customized domestic and international MICE programs. - Coordinate flights, hotels, venues, logistics, gala dinners, technical setups, and on-ground operations. - Work closely with procurement heads, travel managers, senior decision-makers, and corporate stakeholders. - Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed budgets based on client requirements. - Manage group departures and ensure seamless on-site execution when required. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Stay updated on global MICE trends, event technologies, and competitor offerings. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. - 28 years of dedicated experience in MICE sales. - Strong knowledge of group travel, events, and corporate travel requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience in designing itineraries, proposals, and MICE costings. - Strong organizational and client-relationship management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
