Position: Manager - Student Ambassador
Role Overview:
As a Manager - Student Ambassador at PrepLadder, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management of key projects related to the student ambassador program. You will ensure the successful execution of initiatives within timelines and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role involves developing and implementing Go-to-Market strategies, while working with the Business Development team and cluster heads to drive impactful projects that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Ownership & Execution:
Take full responsibility for managing and executing the student ambassador program, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered within timelines and budgets.
Identify and address any challenges that may arise to ensure smooth program delivery.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Develop and implement GTM strategies for ambassador-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with PrepLadders growth and business goals.
Work closely with the Business Development team and cluster heads to ensure regional and strategic alignment for maximum impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product to align on project goals and
deliverables.
Work alongside cluster heads to tailor initiatives based on regional needs and drive successful execution.
Training & Development:
Organize and lead training sessions to equip team members and ambassadors with the tools and resources needed for effective program execution.
Provide mentorship and support to ensure high performance and engagement within the program.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
Regularly communicate with senior stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, key performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
Deliver data-driven insights and propose adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage the program&aposs budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet objectives.
Continuously evaluate program performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results.
Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure all activities within the program are aligned with organizational standards and maintain high-quality
standards.
Address any issues related to brand compliance or quality concerns promptly.
Travel:
Occasionally travel to engage with stakeholders, attend program-related events, or support initiatives in specific regions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience:
4-5 years of relevant experience in program management or related fields, with a strong understanding of GTM strategies and cross-functional project management.
Problem-solving:
Strong ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions to keep programs on track and meet objectives.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and updates to diverse stakeholders.
Ownership & Commitment:
Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Analytical & Decision-making Skills:
Strong analytical skills to assess program performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including cluster heads, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
Adaptability:
Comfortable with occasional travel and adaptable to the dynamic needs of the program and evolving business goals.
