Job Description Job Requirements - The HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist will work with the Client Services team to help clients optimize HubSpot. - ImplementHubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, CMS, and Operations Hub. - Hands-on experience inHubDb. - Migrate from different CRMs to HubSpot. - Create an implementation plan as per the client s business model. - Be the go-to person for any HubSpot-related questions or issues. - Design and implement scalable HubSpot automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes. - Optimize HubSpot accounts to improve processes, automation, and data hygiene. - Troubleshoot bugs, sync errors, and provide recommendations. - Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.). - Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers. - Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients. - Create custom reports and dashboards to track client KPIs and sales performance. - Support growth as a thought leader for HubSpot. This is a mid-level, non-managerial role. Full-time candidates only. This role is fully remote except for a few team get-togethers throughout the year. CMS:Bonus if you have experience in optimizing HubSpot CMS to ensure a seamless user experience, creating, and updating custom themes, website pages, landing pages, CTA s, Monitoring performance, analyzing key metrics, and staying current with industry trends to implement best practices and enhance website functionality. - EssentialSkills and QualificationsBachelor s degree in marketing, Computer Science, IT or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing automation. - Strong experience in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms. - Knowledge of email marketing automation best practices. - Advanced proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo etc. - Proven track record in developing effective segmentation strategies. - Excellent communication collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. - Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot optimization opportunities. - Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve. - SoftSkills requiredSelf-motivated, result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Adaptable to change and comfortable in a dynamic environment. - Creative thinker, willing to explore new ideas and approaches. - Intuitive and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement. - Excellent communication, both written and verbal. - PreferredQualificationsHubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, etc.). - Experience with other marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
