Ltd. is seeking a HubSpot CRM Implementation Expert with 2+years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing HubSpot solutions. The idealcandidate will lead end-to-end CRM implementation, covering the Marketing, Sales, Service,and Operations Hubs for international clients.�� Key Responsibilities Lead complete setup and implementation of HubSpot CRM for global clients. Configure and customize Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub. Design and deploy automations, workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and reports. Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms (Salesforce, Shopify, Zapier, etc.). Develop and manage email campaigns, lead scoring models, and nurture sequences. Perform data migration, deduplication, and CRM optimization ensuring data integrity. Conduct client training sessions, create documentation, and support user adoption. Stay updated on HubSpot product releases and implement best practices. Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align HubSpot setup with businessobjectives.�� Required Skills & Competencies�� HubSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience with Marketing, Sales, Service & Operations Hubs. Custom workflows, automations, sequences & list segmentation. Dashboard and report building. Data import/export and deduplication. HubSpot Integrations via Zapier, APIs, and native connectors.�� Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for templates and forms. Familiarity with APIs/Webhooks for integrations. CRM data management and analytics.�� Professional Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Client-facing experience with international projects preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail with process-oriented thinking.�� Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HubSpot CRM Implementation or Administration. HubSpot Certifications preferred (or ability to earn during onboarding): - HubSpot CRM Implementation - Inbound Marketing / Sales Software�� Salary & Benefits Competitive Salary (based on experience and performance).
