- To generate sales through Corporate, Influencers Project Dealers in his/her territory.
- To interact with contractors and customers so as to understand product needs, complaints and dissatisfaction etc. and address the same.
- Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per budget.
- Interact with Corporate, Influencers Project Dealers to understand product needs/product perception/ dissatisfactions across markets.
- Undertake and monitor detailed product testing.
- Interacting with contractors and end consumer panels to track market trends/ unmet needs
- Track customer complaints.
- -addresses recurring complaints through appropriate action
- Managing the business in his/her division through team of 4-8 people.
- Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self
- Monitor, evaluate provide feedback on performance of PSE, PSS, PSO
- Gather information on competitors activities in the region and act upon it for KNPLs benef
