Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, managing budgets, monitoring ad performance, generating reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with business goals. Qualifications : - Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok, and Amazon Ads - Proficiency in keyword research, budget management, and performance analysis - Strong analytical skills for generating reports and tracking campaign performance metrics - Collaborative skills to work with the marketing team and align advertising strategies with business objectives - Ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends and apply best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field - Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus
