About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The role involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber talent for our Semiconductor Fabrication and OSAT operations, covering both technical and functional domains. You’ll be responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging modern recruitment tools, and ensuring Tata Electronics continues to attract the best minds in the semiconductor ecosystem. Responsibilities: Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers to understand talent requirements across semiconductor fabrication, OSAT, components, and allied engineering functions. Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract niche and high-demand semiconductor talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and industry networks. Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future roles — from process engineers to test specialists, technicians, and manufacturing experts. Conduct candidate research and mapping for critical roles in fabrication, assembly, test, packaging, and quality domains. Plan and coordinate hiring drives, campus initiatives, and job fairs aligned with business priorities. Maintain accurate candidate data, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making. Collaborate with HRBPs and TA teams to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience. Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring, and evolving semiconductor talent landscapes. Essential Attributes: Proactive and strategic in sourcing niche semiconductor talent. Strong understanding of semiconductor and manufacturing domains. Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple roles. Data-driven with ability to track and report key sourcing metrics. Aware of industry trends and competitor hiring activities. Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in onboarding or HR operations, preferably in a multi-location setup. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
